Elevating conveyor used for moving products upward in a controlled and gentle manner. The products are conveyed by means of a large number of small buckets arranged in tandem.

The conveyor consists of a short bottom part where the buckets move horizontally, a center section where the buckets move vertically, and a short upper part where the buckets move horizontally again. This shape gives it its moniker – Z Bucket Elevator. At the end of the top section the product is poured out of the conveyor and the buckets continue to move in the opposite direction to the beginning of the conveyor.

The conveyor includes a level indicator that is attached to the machine into which it empties, so that the conveyor is switched on or off by the level indicator according to the amount of material on the machine. This ensures continuous and uniform feeding of the products into the next machine.

The bucket elevator can be fed by means of a vibrational feeder that includes a power control to regulate the intensity of the feed. The vibrational feeder is made of stainless steel and includes a container for feeding the material.
